Holly Lake Condo Association Resort is a private Gated Vacation Community - key code access only. Currently, the Condo/Capital Reserve Fees are $1082.00 annually and provides for management & care of all the common elements. These fees cover the following services and amenities: Common grounds landscaping and keeping, Trash dumpster service for both household & bulk trash, Well Water and Septic Service, Maintenance of all roadways, Expanded Pool area with kiddie & adult sizes, Picnic areas, Two Lake shore beach areas, Two Bathhouses/Laundry Rooms, Basketball Court, Volleyball Area, Children's Playgrounds, Pavilion Building with Recreation Room and Full Kitchen. Assessed values vary within the community per lot & improvements. The range of annual taxes per unit owner in Holly Lake varies from approximately $800 to $1235 per year. There are 2 Bath Houses located in the Resort providing showers, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. Each year, the resort opens on March 1st for the season, and closes on December 1st. The facilities of the resort are winterized upon closing, however, access to the units is still available. Bath House One is heated and remains in operation year-round.
