Clermont Nine Real Estate was founded in 1986 and is locally owned and operated. All of our agents have been living, eating, shopping, and raising families in this area most of their lives. We have been very involved with many of the developments off the islands as the exclusive agent for Ravenwood, Ravenwood East, Clermont Business Park, Ocean View Business Park, Baywyn Drive, Academy Oaks, The Pines of Clermont, the Commercial Development along Route 83 and the projects of White Pine Developers.  Also, we share a long history of selling and buying real estate in Avalon, Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City, along with Middle, Upper and Dennis Township. We take pride in being more than a real estate office and are committed to being a part of our community by getting involved and giving something back. We continually sponsor our local youth sports teams by providing team uniforms, coaching and refereeing teams, and sponsoring youth sports events. We also sponsor many of our community events such as National Night Out, Christmas Parades, Dennisville Historic Home Christmas Tour, the Tim Kerr 10K, and events of the Dennis, Middle, Avalon, and the Cape May County Chambers of Commerce.  Our Agents donate their time in such capacities as Chamber of Commerce President, School Board President, Founder of Women Only Network, Director of the Cape May County Board of Realtors, and Chairperson for the Community Service Committee for the Board of Realtors.  We take pride in our personal commitment to our clients.
